Round 3 against the Reigning Premiers
I spoke with James Maloney yesterday ahead of his side Ourimbah Wyoming Magpies Round 3 Matchup against Erina Eagles this coming Sunday, given the difficulty of not being able to train at all this week due to the inclement weather forcing ground closures, and coming off the round 2 Bye.
Here's what he had to say:
"The boys are feeling good. It feels like a long time since the round 1 clash, but there were a lot of positives to build on out of that game, and no better side than Erina to see where we're at, with them being the premiers last year.
The build-up hasn't been ideal, with the weather and ground closures this week, but it's the same for both teams, we'll approach this week the same way we approached our first game and hopefully build on a few areas we wanted to improve."
